Propose an Event

Thank you for your interest in presenting your program at the Winnetka-Northfield Public Library District. We provide a wide range of programming to our communities and are always looking for presenters that will educate, entertain and inspire our audiences.

We plan programming on a quarterly cycle, three to six months in advance. Your proposal will be kept on file for two years. This form is required for all presenters.

Because of the volume of program proposals that we receive, we’re not able to individually respond to each inquiry. Please know that if we have further questions, or your program is selected, we will be in contact with you.

The description should provide detailed information about the program, be attention getting and provide attendees with information on what they will learn, observe, hear or create at the program. How would your program appeal to library patrons?

Allowed types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.
Music samples are required for all musicians submitting a proposal.
One file only.
7 MB limit.
Allowed types: mp3.
Typical program length: Children's - 45-60 minutes, Teen - 60-90 minutes, Adult - 60-90 minutes, Family - 45-60 minutes
