How can I return materials?

You can return items in the book drop at the Winnetka Library* anytime and inside the Winnetka Library of Northfield Branch Library during open hours.

Please wear a face mask and maintain 6′ of physical distance.

How can I see what I currently have checked out?

To see what you currently have checked out, you can access your library account. If you are not sure what your PIN/password is, you can click the Forgot Your Password link below the Password field. What if I have a lost or damaged item?

You can call us at 847-446-7220 or email us at eref@winnetkalibrary.org to let us know about any lost or damaged items.

Can I return items checked out from another library through interlibrary loan?

Yes, we are accepting returns from other libraries.
