The Winnetka-Northfield Public Library District hereby provides public notice that an audit of its fund for the period beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020 has been made by McClure Inserra & Company Chartered.

Annual Statement of Receipts and Disbursements
Effective January 1, 2012, amendments to the Public Funds Statement Publication Act no longer require publication of the Annual Statement of Receipts and Disbursements (i.e. Annual Treasurer’s Report) if the following are met:
- The Annual Statement of Receipts and Disbursements is prepared and filed with the county clerk within 6 months of the expiration of the fiscal year.
- An annual audit has been performed by a certified public accountant
- A report of such audit has been filed with the county clerk
- A “Notice of Availability of Audit Report” is published one time in an English language newspaper published in the District in which the public officer holds his or her office.
