Meeting Room Policy
The Winnetka-Northfield Public Library District maintains a public meeting room named the Lloyd Room.
Permission to reserve the use of the Lloyd Room shall be given on these terms and in this manner:
- Residents of the Library District wanting to use the Lloyd Room shall fill out an Application Form.
- Applications will be granted unless there is a conflict with a scheduled Library program.

- All meetings are open to the public and there is no charge for the room.
- Permission to use the Lloyd Room will not be denied on account of the subject to be discussed, nor on account of the personality of the participants.
- The Library Director will refer to the Board of Trustees any application that does not meet the requirements on the Application Form before a request is denied.
